The HUGO BOSS Digital Campus employees will help create a state-of-the-art data architecture infrastructure, advanced business analytics, and the development and enhancement of HUGO BOSS’ eCommerce platform and services.

Contribute to preparing design assets for handoff to developers
Currently studying or recently graduated in Design, UX/UI, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
Interest in learning about user research, usability, and design systems.
Basic knowledge of responsive design principles.
Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and openness to feedback.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Professional proficiency in English.
Nice to have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Nice to have experience with prototyping tools, motion design, and AI/Vibe Coding
