Contribute to creating new business solutions via data-driven insights

Design seamless, user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile e-commerce platforms
Map and improve the end-to-end customer journey in a transactional retail environment
Translate business and user needs into intuitive, elegant, and performant UX/UI solutions
Contribute to the definition and evolution of design systems tailored for global e-commerce
Conduct UX audits and recommend improvements to key user flows like product discovery, checkout, and post-purchase
Work closely with product managers, developers, digital marketers, and analytics teams
Advocate for data-informed design through A/B testing, user feedback, and performance metrics
Contribute to sprint planning and collaborate within agile teams
3+ years of UX/UI experience, with proven track record in e-commerce or fashion/retail sectors
Strong understanding of e-commerce UX principles (navigation, filtering, PDP, cart, checkout, etc.)
Experience with designing for conversion, personalization, and customer retention
Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design for high-traffic digital platforms
Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design workflows
Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale
Knowledge of user research methodologies, personas, and customer journey mapping
Familiarity with A/B testing tools and interpreting user behavior through analytics
Good grasp of content strategy and information architecture
Bonus: Proficiency in HTML/CSS and motion design tools (e.g. After Effects)
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Self-driven, well-organized, and proactive with a collaborative mindset
