André Covas is a multidisciplinary designer and art director with over 15 years of experience in user interface and user experience design, design strategy, branding and corporate image, editorial and graphic design. He is a Director at Metyis, leading the company’s Design practice and a User Interface Design teacher. André is also a father, an active visual artist and musician in solo and collaborative projects.
Since joining Metyis in 2020, André has contributed to establish and expand the Marketing & Design capability while shaping the Metyis brand from its inception. As Portugal Campus Lead, he currently plays a key role in driving the success of the Portuguese practice, promoting collaboration across teams, and ensuring the Campus thrives as a hub of innovation, talent, and excellence.
