We are proud to officially unveil our strategic partnership with AWWG, the global fashion group behind the iconic brands Pepe Jeans, Hackett and Façonnable.

Our collaboration will champion digitalisation across AWWG’s key business areas in digital commerce over the next three years and include forming a digital business campus.

Our partnership will scale AWWG’s digital capacities by accelerating online sales and ensuring a robust end-to-end business integration. Over three years, we will concentrate on two central pillars. Our Digital Commerce strategy will enhance brand commerce, tech integration and CRM processes, while an innovative Digital Business Campus will facilitate the adoption of best practices in digital selling, data analytics, and cutting-edge product selling tools. Furthermore, we will launch the Digital Campus’ Hub within AWWG’s Madrid Headquarters, which will have an extensive global impact across all AWWG locations.

Reflecting on the alliance, Marcella Wartenbergh, CEO of AWWG, said: “I’m very excited to announce this new partnership. I believe our two companies will complement each other and bring dynamic energy and a mutual understanding to enable growth, transformation, and the incorporation of new tools that will give our business a competitive advantage.”

Yogen Singh, our Global Partner and CEO, added: “We have taken the time to understand how our businesses work to lay a strong foundation for a successful long-term partnership capable of making a meaningful impact on the top and bottom lines through our joint business activities.”

Our strategic alliance is part of AWWG’s commitment to digitalisation as a critical driver of growth, aiming to increase global net e-commerce sales significantly by the end of FY 23/24 by reaching more than €100 Million in net sales. It is forecasted to boost direct contribution.

As part of this strategic alliance, we are providing counsel in the rollout of a Mobile-First platform for Pepe Jeans in India, aligned with a global SFCC platform. Our partnership will position them to multiply their growth in that market.

We are pleased to unite our efforts with those Marcela and her team in a long-lasting partnership that will entail shared successes, inspiration and growth.
