Work on a large-scale AI-assisted SAP migration and data modernization program.
Become the go-to person for cloud, DevOps, hybrid infrastructure, deployment automation, monitoring, and operational readiness.
Lead the setup of secure cloud and on-premise integration patterns for SAP migration, AI factory execution, data platform delivery, and BI consumption.
Work closely with SAP, AI, Data Engineering, BI, Security, Governance, and Business teams to enable reliable end-to-end delivery.

What you will do
Lead the CloudOps and DevOps workstream for an AI-assisted SAP migration and modern data platform program.
Design and implement secure cloud, hybrid, and on-premise integration patterns required for SAP migration, AI automation, data engineering, BI, and governance use cases.
Define the DevOps roadmap, operational model, deployment standards, monitoring approach, and platform readiness plan.
Lead the setup of CI/CD pipelines, release processes, branching strategies, environment promotion, automated testing integration, and deployment controls.
Support implementation of infrastructure-as-code patterns for cloud services, networking, security, compute, storage, monitoring, and platform components.
Enable secure connectivity between cloud platforms and on-premise SAP systems, data sources, file shares, schedulers, APIs, and enterprise infrastructure.
Work with SAP teams to support connectivity, orchestration, batch scheduling, data extraction, delta loads, secure file transfer, and operational dependencies.
Work with AI teams to provide secure execution environments for AI agents, automation services, APIs, backend components, model integrations, logging, monitoring, and cost tracking.
Work with Data Engineering teams to support deployment of data pipelines, lakehouse components, data quality frameworks, metadata workflows, and reconciliation services.
Work with BI teams to support Power BI / Fabric workspace setup, gateway configuration, deployment pipelines, access management, and report release processes.
Define and implement monitoring, alerting, logging, incident management, service health checks, operational dashboards, and runbooks.
Support hybrid operations across cloud and on-premise environments, including network dependencies, firewall rules, gateways, private endpoints, identity, certificates, and secure access patterns.
Implement access controls, secrets management, identity integration, service principals, managed identities, RBAC, and least-privilege operating models.
Support security reviews, architecture reviews, compliance checks, audit evidence collection, and operational risk mitigation.
Define resilience, backup, disaster recovery, high availability, rollback, and cutover support patterns.
Lead platform readiness activities for pilot delivery, migration waves, UAT, production deployment, hypercare, and handover to operations.
Coordinate with client infrastructure, security, SAP Basis, network, and operations teams to resolve blockers and dependencies.
Support the operational usage of SAP tooling, AI tooling, and migration automation tooling where required.
Coach DevOps engineers and delivery teams on engineering standards, automation, monitoring, release discipline, and operational excellence.
What you’ll bring
8+ years of experience in CloudOps, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, SRE, or Enterprise Operations.
Strong experience leading DevOps or platform engineering workstreams within complex enterprise transformation programs.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (networking, compute, storage, identity, security, monitoring, and automation) and hybrid cloud/on-premises environments.
Solid infrastructure knowledge, including enterprise networking, Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, VPN, DNS, certificates, file transfers, and operational support.
Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Ansible).
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus.
Good understanding of cloud security and operations, including IAM/RBAC, Key Vault, private networking, logging, alerting, and vulnerability management.
Experience supporting SAP-connected environments is highly desirable.
Experience with Azure AI, LLM-based applications, AI workloads, or AI-enabled automation is a strong plus.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Power BI, or similar data platforms is a plus.
Experience with containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, or Azure Container Apps is a plus.
Strong knowledge of release management, deployment governance, incident management, and production support.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across CloudOps, SAP, AI, Data Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field (Master's is a plus).
