• You will take responsibility for implementing our agile processes within the project or product teams
• Your focus will be on empowering the teams to organize themselves and to continuously develop further
• In collaboration with the product owner or project manager, you create the optimal framework for the team so that the team can work as productively as possible
• You take over the coaching of the project or product teams in the execution of operational deadlines according to agile principles as well as their organization and execution
• In addition, you will be actively involved in the further development of agile processes and their implementation in our company.

• You have a degree in business informatics / business administration or a comparable degree
• You have + 4 years of professional experience in the successful management of agile project or product teams
• In addition to a Scrum Master certification, we require a comprehensive knowledge of agile methods and processes
• You enjoy leading international project or product teams in a motivating way
• You are able to deal with conflict situations, you are organized and results-oriented, and you have a high degree of initiative
• Ability to work in the English language with strong written and oral communication skills.
