Namrata Singh is an HR leader with vast experience in designing and delivering Human Capital solutions across Industries focusing on HR Strategy & Analytics, organisational restructuring and operating model, workforce optimisation, transformation and change management. She is the lead partner of the HR Solutions practice in the Netherlands. Along with being a movie buff, she is also an art aficionado and collector and enjoys rummaging for local artworks during her travels.

Namrata Singh

Keshav Chawla is a technology and business consultant with 17 years of expertise implementing and improving cutting-edge enterprise solutions. As a TOGAF-certified engineer, Keshav became a technology developer and transitioned to be a seasoned tech architect, mainly in the area of eCommerce. He contributed to the development of some of the most complex omnichannel platforms for several frontrunners in the digital commerce, hardware, and software industry. In 2018, Keshav joined Metyis in India, establishing and scaling our omnichannel global delivery and capability teams while delivering client work via thought leadership. Keshav is an avid cricket fan, interested in electronic gadgets and exploring upcoming innovative technology trends.

Louis is a seasoned IT and data expert with more than 20 years of experience in designing innovative digital solutions that transform the way companies operate and engage with their clients. He started his career in capital markets, leading for more than 17 years teams in charge of front-office software for equity derivatives research, sales and trading business lines. He then founded a technology company, leading the solution design and development, as well as the data analytics and science capabilities. Louis is an artist, with regular exhibits and collaborations.

Louis de Cointet

André leads the design practice at Metyis and the firm's delivery campus in Portugal, working across the firm's global client portfolio at the intersection of design strategy, creative direction, and business. He builds and scales design teams, shapes brand strategy, and works with senior client stakeholders where design and commercial decisions converge. His background is eighteen years in design, across industries and disciplines, including a long stretch teaching. He also works as a visual artist and musician.

André Covas

Behdad has a wealth of experience in consulting, venturing, incubators, and startups. His career began with prestigious global consulting firms, where he dedicated a significant portion of his consulting journey spearheading Consumer, Retail, and Digital practices in the EMEA region. Behdad is a true entrepreneur, having played a pivotal role in co-founding multiple companies and ventures. His leadership extends beyond entrepreneurship, with notable positions at various firms, including leading global Consumer and Retail practices in one of his key positions in North America. He also has industry leadership experience, having served as Chief Strategy, Transformation and Digital officer at a FTSE 50 scale company. Behdad lives with his wife and three children in Edinburgh and is passionate about cooking, food, wine, coffee, travel, and art and architecture.
