Interaction with senior business (and/or ecommerce) leaders on regular basis to drive their business towards impactful change.
Lead projects and client interactions.
Setup and facilitate workshops, meetings & interviews with client teams.
Develop the product plan in conjunction with various stakeholders across multiple organizations and disciplines.
Manage and align various project artifacts such as requirements documentation, milestones, deliverables, etc. to ensure project completes on time, in scope and within budget.
Estimate project resource needs in line with the project requirements & plan.
You apply your technology & business knowledge to create a path for the product development and rollout in line with client expectations.
You will work with solution architects & functional teams to shape product strategy.
Have a willingness to travel as needed for client projects.
More than 5 years of technology consulting experience, potentially in combination with relevant industry experience, with at least 1+ years at a project lead level.
A degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.); and/or MBA.
Experience with data & analytics solutions delivery.
Experience with eCommerce &/or cloud analytics solutions.
Experience with Agile (including DevOps) way of working and running scrum teams, either as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across clients, peers, and supervisors.
Experience in leading teams and delivering successful projects (complete life cycle).
Strong communication skills (oral and written); fluent in English.
Strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrable experience.
Ability to innovate and deal with a constantly changing environment.
Passionate about technology, takes initiative, and willing to learn new skills.
Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, cloud analytics solutions.
Experience with SLDC and Waterfall development processes.
Experience with designing and developing solution architecture.
