What you will do
Be part of a highly motivated team driving key initiatives to grow our online business and deliver exceptional digital experiences for our customers. As a Senior IT Consultant eCommerce, you will shape customer-facing eCommerce capabilities, drive frontend innovations, and identify new AI-powered opportunities that create value for our customers and business. A key focus will be the evolution of our chatbot ecosystem and the adoption of AI-driven experiences across our digital channels.
Deliver eCommerce solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.
Translate business requirements into technical concepts and guide implementation together with development teams.
Drive the evolution of our eCommerce frontend and customer journeys to enhance engagement and conversion.
Own and expand AI-powered customer experience initiatives, including chatbot solutions and conversational commerce use cases.
Identify and evaluate new AI opportunities, trends, and technologies to strengthen our digital ecosystem.
Collaborate with architects, product teams, and external partners to deliver scalable and future-proof solutions.
Lead small to medium-sized projects and manage all IT-related activities from concept to rollout.
Conduct market research and bring innovative ideas to continuously improve our customer experience and technology stack.
Foster an AI-driven mindset within the organization and act as a trusted advisor for digital innovation initiatives.
What you will bring
Degree in Business Informatics, IT, Applied Computer Sciences, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT, ideally as an IT Consultant within an eCommerce environment.
Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, digital customer journeys, and frontend solutions.
Proven experience translating business requirements into technical concepts and driving implementations.
Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Conversational Commerce, and digital innovation.
Experience with chatbot platforms, AI-powered customer experience solutions, or personalization technologies is a plus.
Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud is beneficial.
Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
Proactive mindset, team spirit, and the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams.
Fluent in English; German would be a plus.
