What you will do
You will lead workstreams within Strategy & Execution engagements for Food & Beverage clients, acting as the day-to-day point of reference for the client and coordinating junior team members, while reporting directly to Managers, Directors and Partners
You will design and drive Go-to-Market strategies and Revenue Growth Management initiatives (pricing, promo effectiveness, trade terms, mix and channel strategy) tailored to the FMCG and Food & Beverage industry
You will structure and lead complex analytical work, translating commercial and category data into fact-based recommendations that support C-level decision making
You will own the relationship with mid-to-senior client stakeholders (Commercial, Trade Marketing, Revenue Management and Sales leadership), leading workshops, steering committees and executive presentations
You will support business development activities, contributing to proposals and client pitches by bringing sector expertise and credibility on Go-to-Market and Revenue Growth Management topics
You will mentor and coach Consultants and Associates, ensuring quality delivery and contributing to their professional development
What you’ll bring
B.A. or M.Sc. degrees in Economics, Business, Engineering or other related studies at top Schools and Universities, with an outstanding record of (academic) achievement
3-5 years of experience in Strategy & Execution consulting and/or in-house roles (Commercial, Revenue Management, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing or Sales) within the Food & Beverage or broader FMCG sector is a must
Proven track record leading Go-to-Market strategy and/or Revenue Growth Management projects (pricing, promotions, trade terms, mix, channel strategy) in a client-facing or leadership capacity
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and project teams, with excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Fluent English and Spanish, both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus
Advanced level of PowerPoint and Excel, with international exposure and genuine eagerness to work closely with other talented people.
