This data will be collected via an online registration form that students will fill out prior to the event.

• To communicate with students about the In-house day event, including logistical information and updates.

• To evaluate student applications and determine their eligibility for potential future employment opportunities with Metyis.

• Marketing Communications: Metyis may send participants marketing communications about future events, recruitment opportunities, or other news related to our organization. Participants can express their consent to receive marketing communications and they can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the e-mail.

Metyis will store the data collected in Recruitee, a cloud-based recruitment platform that is GDPR compliant. Access to the data will be restricted to authorized personnel who require it for the purposes outlined above.

Metyis will retain the data collected for a period of one year following the In-house day event. After this time, the data will be securely deleted.
